Check it- we interviewed the carb backloading guy, and the result was solid gold. In the meantime, don’t let dogs eat your face. TYhat looks to be a bad time.
Download that shit here. It’ll make you feeeeeel goooooood.

Jamie, When on the Apex Predator Diet and wanting to go about shedding some MORE body fat, would it be intelligent if you just go "up a level" to the slightly more restricted version of the diet?
Meaning, if you are on the "Lean as shit" version, you just go to the "Not Too Fucking Fat, But Not Too Fucking Lean Approach", and then to the "Fat Fuck" version if need be.
Or is it as simple as cutting some cals out of the shakes and/or the mid day meal, or is just adding in some small conditioning workouts the better way to go?
PS – I noticed Paul made a few spelling errors in his blog a few weeks back. What's up with that?
Spelling mistakes? Who gives a fucking shit?
Also, I've been an avid "First thing in the morning" trainer for years, tried out an afternoon workout today and definitely felt better during the session. Experienced a bit of the "hulk effect" you guys mentioned briefly on the show. Will continue to make this switch on the days that I can.
I've listened to the podcast now and must rescind my objection.
Lonnie- The easiest way I found to get lean is to wear a weighted vest whenever possible. Walking on the treadmill, playing Xbox, whatever it is, just wear the vest. I had taht idea when I read about the lowered metabolism in people who'd lost weight, and it fucking works wonders.
Cool. So basically Do More instead of Eat Less. I'll have to bite the bullet and finally pick up a vest. Thanks for the reply Jamie.
The .gifs you put on here are just fucking stellar, and appreciated.
I'm all about helping the people.
Absolutely sick podcast guys, best one yet. Very informative.
Keep up the good work gents.
P.s. Harleyquin was a really good fucking choice.
What was the name of that genetic disease which meant you lacked enzymes to digest carbs?
Awesome! Asked about it, and suddenly we get a whole C&B episode about it
CNP I hope to G-d that you are working on one KICK assed blog post because the lack thereof lately has really been bumming me out.
I'm holding out hope that your Helloween weekend will produce ballbusting sized proportions of a blog that would shame Ron Jeremy and John Holme's love child conceived through Tom Brady during a wild night of post season loss drinking and coke binging.
I highly doubt it. I just started a new job and moved, nd have been busy as fuck as a result. That's the reason behind the paucity of posts. I'm hoping my time will free up a bit in the coming weeks so I can get out more content. In the meantime, I'll do what I can when I can.
sailor moon, jerked it to her all the time.
1 fish oil tablet = 1 gram of fish oil.
DERRRRP.
I really liked this podcast. The host was interesting. Had some good topics. Paul got interrupted alot.
He likes being interrupted.
Found this documentary on declining testosterone levels and men becoming increasingly "feminized"

Study done in Central Florida by Louis Guillette with male alligators affected by industrial toxins ie. DDT they had 1/3 the penis length of previous generations and 90 per cent below normal reproductive rate.
Awesome CNB
They did a similar study on fish a few years back.
