Month 2 of my home gym-friendly body recomposition program! The Training Montage alternates days of of free weights and calisthenics so you can live a training montage of your own. It’s a circuit-based system, like the one used by every Mr America prior to 1960, and the type of system Bruce Lee trained with to achieve his insane conditioning.

Though circuits might seem un-hardcore, there’s genuinely no harder way to train, but because the training is holistic you end up feeling better after a workout, rather than a limping wreck. And they’re how most elite athletes and Hollywood stars train, so it seems like the perfect way to train for a training montage of your own.

The Training Montage is designed to be used by people of every fitness level, from beginner through elite lifter, and provides modifiers for the calisthenics exercises so that everyone can get in a challenging workout that meets people wherever they happen to be in their fitness journey.

Each month of The Training Montage features dramatically different exercises and structure to ensure your body won’t stagnate as it adapts to the same old boring stimulus, and to introduce you to all of the exercises you should have included in your training routine but didn’t.
