This is PROBABLY the most important interview I did at the Arnold. Why? Because Fairfax is the gentleman found us, and brought us out after reading 365 Days of Brutality, along with introducing us to some amazing people out there.
For those of you who are unaware, Fairfax has worked with the Arnold Classic Festival since its inception, and had served as the director of MMA and armwrestling before taking over the whole kit and caboodle. He serves year-round as the director of the Arnold and works as a personal trainer to celebrities, elite athletes, and MMA fighters in the Washington DC area. He’s a former competitive bodybuilder with twelve class titles under his belt, and he’s served as a judge at and the director of the Mr. America contest, which was the preeminent bodybuilding competition in the US until the early 80s.
In other words, he’s basically the Dos Equis guy, but with a lot more star power at the Arnold.
I have got about 5 more video interviews including Randy Couture, The Great Eddie Hall, Chef Rush, and the reigning Mr. Olympia, that will be released to Patreons, donors, and those who bought merch/books this week. The videos will be released April 15th for those who did nothing to help the interviews happen. *shrugs*
Damn, something about Tara is sexy. I’m going to need to see her scantily clad.
Hahaha. There was a lot of blushing when she read this. You’re the man.
Dude, when you guys go visit Martins and the Training Hall crew make sure Romark is there to film at least part of the training/ hanging out. That would be instant exposure to 150 000 – 200 000 viewers that’ll get to know you.
Oh, dude- thanks. I spend so much time focusing on the old school guys I really don’t have my finger on the pulse of who’s the big deal or any of that. Much appreciated!
Arnold, Arnold, Arnold….hope it raises a smile….

Forty-five sets per bodypart is nothing? Damn. I guess we all better up our workload then.
Jamie,
My gym is currently closed and stated they will be closed for the next two weeks. I have some equipment at home but not much. I have a pullup bar, barbell totaling about 135 lbs, 35 lb kettlebell and 62 lb kettlebell. What do you recommend I do? I was thinking of just doing pushups, pullups, KB Presses, and KB curls non-stop for a shit ton of sets and reps about 4-5 times a week but I don’t have much alternative to heavy squatting unfortunately. Also I have an ab wheel that has become my new favorite tool in the past month.
Yo, did this nigga get corona at Arnold?
I don’t think anyone got the sniffles from being there.
