Jamie Chaos

Jamie is a nerd wrapped in tattoo-covered muscle. With a BA in History and East Asian Studies from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and an iMBA from the University of South Carolina, he's only got three degrees to show for years of graduate study (which also included a year of law and some coursework in History), he's got ample academic credentials to add to his lifting resume, which includes a all-time, all-federation WR powerlifting total at 181lbs (raw) in 2012, and would still be #3 on the all-time list at 165 if he'd made weight in 2013 (https://www.openpowerlifting.org/u/jamielewis1). He's trined in basement gyms in Beijing, penthouse gyms in Hong Kong, meathead gyms in Vienna, dirt roads in Tibet, and just about every legendary gym in the United States, to name a few, and he's thrown all of that knowledge into the most expansive history of lifting, fight sports, and nutrition the world may ever see.
