3:30 AM: Couldn’t sleep, so I had two scoops of Ghost mocha protein in about 8oz of Fairlife milk and a handful of sourdough pretzels.
9:45AM: Big fucking bowl of the beans, rice, and beef dish I detailed here. That recipe requires a small update for what I did the other day, but the short version is 3lbs of 80% lean ground beef, drained and rinsed, three packets of Old El Paso taco seasoning, three packages of Knorr’s Mexican Rice, and two cans of black beans.
1:45PM: roughly eight ounces of London broil on a hoagie roll with a chitload of homemade chimichurri
4:15PM: same as the last meal.
5:30PM: Fairlife protein shake with 42g of protein
8:45PM: Another big bowl of beans, rice and beef
9:30PM: Yet another big bowl of beans, rice, and beef

I’m updating that beans, beef and rice recipe in a quick addition to the dieting on a slave budget series as we speak. It’s a good addendum to the rowing article I’m working on anyway.
