Patreon Extras: Random Workout 1/13/20-High Pulls for the Girls?
Over the last few days, my training has looked like this:
Wednesday (1/8/20): 75 mins of legs- front squats, a shitload of leg pressing, and calf raises
Thursday (1/9/20): 90 mins of shoulders- hammer strength presses for 60 minutes , then cable laterals, face pulls, and rear delts
Friday (1/10/20): 90 minutes of biceps, triceps, and forearms using cables at Planet Fitness
Saturday (1/11/20): 400 pullups / around a hundred hanging leg raises / shitload of reverse grip band curls
Sunday (1/12/20): 65 mins of chest / rear delts (published yesterday)
Monday (1/13/20): 90 mins of back \ traps
Tuesday (today, 1/14/20): probably shoulders, maybe shoulders and arms
1/12/20- Back and Traps
Not really anything earth shattering in any of this, but you guys keep asking what I do these days.
Pendlay Rows: 1 x 10 x 135; 1 x 5 x 225; 1 x 5 x 315; 6 x 3-4 x 385; 2 x 2 x 405
Hammer Strength Rows: 1 x 15 x 3 plates; 6 x 5-8 x 6 plates (that’s all the damn thing holds)
Cable Rows: 3 x 20
High Pulls (from the hang)- 5 x 5 x 315 (mostly to make my traps look insane because there was an insanely hot chick deadlifting 285 for five on the platform in front of me)

I’m digging the training posts. Even though you don’t like writing about yourself, posts like these remind your readers that you walk the talk. You don’t want to be seen as a leader or authority but the truth is you are leading this movement to reveal the merits of being erudite, heretical, and brutally strong all at once.
Well, I’m glad you appreciate them. And I get that, but I find when you post your workouts and film them, you start lifting for the audience rather than yourself, you know? So it’s no longer my thing- it’s done for you guys. Also, unless it’s Earth shattering, I feel like it’s silly to even mention anyway.
But there will be video coming on the Patreon at the very least as March draws nigh, as we have VIP passes to the Arnold (one of the meet directors fucking LOVED 365 Days), and we’re doing the Arnold thing and dieting and tanning for the show, haha.
Hey, would you upload some pics, body stats or something, years ago you uploaded a photo with nipple earrings;)
Sure. I think Tara posted some pics for the Patreon, but I’ve no idea how to navigate to them, haha. I don’t weigh myself ever, because I never weigh enough, hahaha. It ends up just being depressing. I figured everyone followed me on FB and knew what I looked like.
Even if you hate posting workouts (and I get it why) it’s still helpful to see the ebb and flow of training throughout a week and to see what sort of volume you’re working with on a given day.
What kind of Hammer Strength shoulder presses are you using? I assume it’s this thing: https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ffitnessinstitute.com.au%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F11%2FDSC02274.jpg&f=1&nofb=1
If so, I envy you. I wish my gym had a half decent shoulder press machine but all of them bias the shit out of your front delts so I just rely on cables and DBs nowadays.
