10. I will certainly look up to IPF Classic Worlds (raw) (2012, Sweden), for highest level raw competition. Time will tell, hope I won't be disappointed. First edition could be testing-the-water-ish though.

17. Jamie, that's not even records list, this is just entry list from current IPF worlds in Plzen. And that is birth year. FYI, WR before weight class shuffle was Bridges' 955@82,5Kg.

    Absolutely stay raw, I'm just saying that IPF with it's first raw worlds in 2012 could bring whole new momentum to unequipped lifting.

    Multiple splintered (practically local) federations don't cater highest level athletes imho. Strict judging + worldwide recognition does.

19. Fucking beast. I wanna hear you go over squat technique. You squat wider than some suggest is "safe" for raw squatting. I love it. Another myth blown.

20. Amusingly, some guy at the meet told me that I had amazing form. I've spent exactly 0 time having it reviewed or perfecting it. I simply tried different shit until I found what worked. Yes, miraculous and fantastical, I know- I didn't bother with 11,000 "form check" vids on the internet. How is that possible?

    Ah, how I hate humanity. I'll cover what little I have in the next one, though.
