In re: protein, bodybuilding.com has had 2 lb containers of Muscle Infusion Black Chocolate for $16.99 for a few months, which is cheap as shit. I'll order 6 lbs and spend less than 5 lbs of any other good mixed protein.

Matrix 5.0 are still floating around amazon although they have been sliding the prices up. The last shipment I snagged was about $47. When it heads into the 50 mark, I usually just roll down to the Nutrishop/Total Nutrition in this area and just grab one of their Intek Kegs. It's 56 bucks but they do fill the thing up. Jamie, Do u reckon you guys could cover transfer of strength into real world activities, it's something that I read a lot about but know one seems to agree on. Especially in regards to when the gains become movement specific and have little to no transfer. Like for example I know the Olympic lifts require a lot of strength but are also very very technique focused. How true is this of shrugs, deads, squats rows. Etc..
