Did you have to make any adjustments in your diet? Or just running APD as written?
I ask because I´m happy with my progress, but I´m reaching a point that my lifts are starting to suffer, my appetite has massive swings (somedays I feel like shit and have zero hunger, other days I feel good and feel nearly insane with hunger)and sometimes I reach my carb-up/rampage day so fucking depleted that no matter how much I eat, I´m already feeling/performing like shit 2 days after it.
Any suggestions besides a .44 Magnum to the chest?
I always have a downturn this time of year. I increased the size of both meal and was 195 last night. After being 190 I was too scared to weigh myself, haha. I've also started eating two carb days a week, back to back, on the weekends. I think that's helping as well.
Awesome, I´ll try increasing the size of my meals also, see if that helps with performance, since there´s no way I can keep training everyday the way it is.
Out of curiosity, what are your meals looking like these days? And since you´re eating carbs twice a week, what are you having as a Rampage?
Do you live in a cold climate? More important, do you work outside in a cold climate?
If you answer yes to either or both questions then you need to eat more and make sure you bundle up. Your body is working OT to stay warm
