Backed By Deadlifts. All new training protocol to bring up your deadlift!

You asked, and I delivered! Many of you noticed that I’ve omitted the deadlift from other programs in favor of other moves, but I know a bunch of y’all are jonesing to grip it and rip it. Thus, I bring you Backed By Deadlifts, which is a brand-spanking new protocol combining my old and new methods into a single cohesive protocol that will bestow upon its users a barn-door back with enough power to make mountains tremble at their approach.

This is a 6-day per week program, but one day is optional and it is structured so that you can drop the last day of training as well to make it a 4-day per week program. However you do this program, it will pile muscle onto your back and shoulders in particular.
