The Biceptual Protocol

Everyone on the planet could use bigger arms- they’re useful for all sorts of things, like lifting groceries or flexing randomly to catch the attention of someone you’d like to get sexy with. Despite that fact, most modern trainees seem to think arm training is an anathema beloved only by narcissists who can’t lift real weight.

That is, of course, utter nonsense, and I am living proof. What is enclosed is an entirely new 2 month program I devised based off of the methods I’ve used to craft my arms over the years. It is a 5-day week program designed to be used for two straight months before switching to a different specialization (unless you just want to keep growing your arms out of proportion to the rest of your body indefinitely), with modifications for home lifters and advice for how to modify it to suit a more truncated workout routine.

These methods have been used to pack mass on the arms of my coaching clients, and have routinely put a half inch on a hard trainer’s arms in just 60 days!
